Shahab Sarki

Managing Partner / Head of Chambers.

Mr. Shahab Sarki is the Managing Partner / Head of Chambers of Nuruddin Sarki & Co and a Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Being the second generation of lawyers in the family, he did his MBA and BBA from IBA in the years 1989 and 1988 respectively, and worked in the Banque Indo Swiss for a brief period of 3 years before he did his LLB (Hons.) in 1993. Since 1995 he has been actively practicing and specializing in Corporate, Constitutional, Commercial, Banking, and financial crimes.

Mr. Sarki was enrolled as an Advocate of the Supreme Court in the year 2011 and since then have been heavily involved in complex legal issues being led before the Hon’ble Apex Court. He has many reported cases in multiple law journals of Pakistan. Mr. Sarki served as a Standing Counsel for the Government of Pakistan from 2009 till 2011.

Thereafter, he was elected as Honorary Secretary Sindh High Court Bar Association in the year 2012 and strived to serve and meet the needs of the Members of the Bar Association. Mr. Sarki was elevated to the Bench as a Judge of the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh, where he served from 2014 till 2015. In the year 2017, he was elected as the President of the Sindh High Court Bar Association and under his presidency many reforms were made to cater the needs of the members of the Bar Association. Mr. Sarki was then elected as a Member Pakistan Bar Council in the year 2021. After an eminent tenure of serving as the President in 2017; Mr. Sarki was re-elected as the President Sindh High Court Bar Association in 2021. In the year 2022, Mr. Sarki was nominated to represent the lawyers of Sindh to explore the ‘Alternate Dispute Resolution Mechanism’ in Turkey. Furthermore, Mr. Sarki regularly appeares on TV programmes on nationwide channels including Bol, Ary, Geo, Dawn and KTN amongst others, to share the legal wisdom and be a part of the talk shows as a guest in capacity of a Legal Expert. Mr. Sarki is focused on working for the needs of the Members of the Society as well as the Members of the Bar and wish to bring a positive change for the betterment of the legal fraternity nationwide as well as worldwide.

Nuruddin Sarki

Founder

Nuruddin Sarki (5 March 1927 – 2007) was a Pakistani lawyer and was the founder of Nuruddin Sarki and Co. Nuruddin Sarki was born in Shikarpur, Sindh. He passed his L.L.B Examinations in the year 1955-57 from Islamia College, Karachi & he was elevated there as Professor in the same College.

In the year 1957-58 he had started his new career as an Advocate at Karachi. He earned a good name in this field as leading lawyer of High Court & Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Muhammad Ghazali Shaikh

LLB – University of London

Mr. Shaikh joined Nuruddin Sarki & Co. in 2021. He appears before the Subordinate Courts as well as different Tribunals dealing with various Civil and Criminal Law matters. He also assists the seniors including the Head of Chambers in various litigation matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh.

Zulfiqar Ali Langah

Mr. Langah joined the Company in the early 2000s and since then he has been a part by actively practicing law by appearing regularly before different Tribunals and Courts, including the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh.

Mr. Langah was an associate of Mr. Nuruddin Sarki who helped Mr. Langah to hone his skills in the field of Criminal Law. Mr. Langah deals with cases including Constitutional, Civil, Family and is an expert of Criminal Law. Due to his in-depth knowledge of law, he has multiple reported cases in various law journals of Pakistan.

Zorawar Bin Israr

Mr. Zorawar has been a part of Nuruddin Sarki & Co. since 2021. He assists the Seniors on different area of laws including Constitutional matters before the High Court of Sindh. Mr. Zorawar regularly appears before the Subordinate Courts and the Hon’ble High Court in different parts of the province and has an experience of proceeding many cases including matters pertaining to Civil, Criminal, Family and Rent Laws. Mr. Zorawar further assists the seniors in the area of Corporate Law as well.

Imtiaz Ahmed Mahar

Mr. Mahar joined Nuruddin Sarki & Co. in 2015; since then he has been actively practicing law by regularly appearing before different Courts and Tribunals including the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh.

Mr. Mahar is skilled in dealing with cases including Civil, Criminal, Commercial and Constitutional Law. Due to his in-depth knowledge of law, he has multiple reported cases in various law journals of Pakistan.

Rajesh Kumar Ambwani

Mr. Ambwani joined Nuruddin Sarki & Co. in 2015; since then he has been actively practicing law by regularly appearing before different Courts and Tribunals including the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh.

Mr. Ambwani is skilled in dealing with cases including Civil, Criminal, Commercial and Constitutional Law.

Abdul Rashid Rajar

Mr. Rajar was enrolled as an Advocate in 2005 and has remained a part of Nuruddin Sarki & Co. ever since.

Mr. Rajar handles all kinds of matters pertaining to Civil, Criminal, as well as Constitutional Law, by regularly appearing before the Hon’ble High Courts and Federal Shariat Court of Pakistan. Moreover, due to his in-depth knowledge of Legal Procedure, his cases have been published in multiple law journals in Pakistan.

Mr. Abid has been regularly appearing before the provincial High Courts since 2004.
